Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: I liked that the staff were very friendly and courteous. I liked that this particular hotel was good in the sense of the setup and was easy to navigate. Also, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Negative: I didn't like that there was no microwave in our room, the pool water was very cold, and the pet fee was different from the third party website. I probably should have checked the hotel website first, however.
Summary: My son and I had a great time.
